YOUR PAID LISTING:

Once you pay for a "Gold","Silver" or any "Banner" listing, in order for it to be posted on our web site you must fill out the form located at http://www.theweddingzone.com/listing.htm . Your listing will be placed within 24 hours of filling out the "Listing Information" form and submitting it to us. As a courtesy, we will send you an e-mail after your subscription payment has been received and your listing uploaded. Failure to submit your listing information will cause your listing to be delayed from appearing on TheWeddingZone.Com, WITHOUT REFUND.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS:

When you submit a payment, through PayPal , you agree to the amount of your transaction to be deducted each period (monthly or yearly) until you notify PayPal to stop(cancel) the Subscription Payment. You may stop this monthly or yearly billing at any time and your listing will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. The WeddingZone.com cannot cancel your PayPal account for you due to the secure nature of their program. It must be done by you with no less than 24 hours prior to the next subscription due date. Because of the nature of our system, once a payment is received, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, FOR ANY REASON.

PRIVACY POLICY:

If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of the Terms of Service to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms of Service will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by an officer of TheWeddingZone.Com.
